Sorry to hear you’ve been down with a cold. Chicken soup is a good antidote - add some matzoh balls and you’ve got Jewish penicillin. I remember decades ago in Panama buying “huevos de patio” - what is it about eating grass and weeds that causes those bright yellow yokes?

About the bright egg yolks, it is a very interesting subject. I think that eating grass and bugs is only one part of the story. The other part is that the chickens are happy and they do not get any hormones. The eggs are very small and tasty, I love them.
